I blew an O a few times I think the trick isn’t to panic when the smoke is in your lungs. Just relax and focus on your month shape. Edit: Don’t do it while theirs some form of air blowing in the back ground like a fan. Do it in still air, so the smoke isn’t blowing all over the place. When I first tired the air was blowing it all over the place. Hope this helps! I’m gonna keep practicing.
