How do you make the blur follow the face when the subject moves?

Move coordinates by going to Effects -> Witness Protection -> Position -> Center Rotate and scale by going to Effects -> Witness Protection -> Shape

This was for sure a little easier way to do it verse what I was trying, but how do you track the blur onto a moving object? It seems impossible to find a tutorial that shows how to blur a moving object regardless of what I type in while searching.

You can do tracking with the blur but it is a little bit more difficult. Unfortunately I don't have a video on this topic but others have made a video.

How would I censor street signs and business signs in a timelapse video? I've been trying to figure it out to no avail. I've looked for tutorials but the only ones I've been able to find are for stationary objects or objects that have very little movement. I only need to blur them for a few frames but in each frame they're pretty far off from the first frame where they're readable.

Not free. Even after registering, you're able to edit only some weird files extentions I've never heard before. One of them being .hfe which is their way to force you to pay for it. There is a LOT more options for that money. This man is obviously sponsored to do video. Quite few bots praising video tho

You can export your HitFilm Video into MP4 for free, you're just saving your project.. .hfe file is hitfilm express file. It would help if you exported that.
