Hey!!firstly thanks for such an informative video..I have a concern,I had booked VFS appointment which was scheduled on April 6th,due to some personal exigency i couldn't attend that, however i kept trying to reschedule the date,but when i tried entering the reference number,last name and the security code to track my application,,i have been facing an error that describes "invalid input"i tried every possible way like clearing the browsing history,clear cache,but nthng worked..The error is with Captcha,i dropped an email to helpline desk as well,still no response from them.. if by any chance u got an idea to resolve this.?

Hi germanywalla, great work. I have received a PhD funded offer, from fraunhoffer research institute. I have queries. 1.) Do i have to apply for APS, as I'm on student visa. 2.) As i have funded offer, so do i need block account. 3.) What is diff btw applying directly on german videx site and from vfs global site? 4.) When will i get appointment date, after APS or we can get before APS also?

1. No need to apply for aps if you're going for phd 2. Confirmation of scholarship will work instead of blocked account 3. Vfs is nobody. They just send your application to embassy. Videx is the form also known as visa application for Germany student visa. So you need to fill videx form. 4. No need for aps to you. When you book appointment on vfs , there will be an option for you to book appointment without an aps certificate

Hi Sara, Yes you have to show some documents if you plan to apply from Bangalore vfs such as: 1. Rent/ electricity bill 2 gas bill etc Because you need to prove that you were staying in Bangalore Vfs jurisdiction from last 6 months otherwise they will reject your application.

If you're staying for more than the last 6 months in Bangalore you can apply at vfs Bangalore. You have to provide bills like electricity, rent agreement etc and most importantly a letter from your employer stating that you're staying and working in Bangalore to prove your stay in Bangalore.

Bhai minimum 2 months so in your case January second week. Secondly don't worry many students directly received their aps Verification mail without any payment confirmation.

Yes if you have an aps you can add yourself in the waitlist. But when you will receive a slot mail and you're not ready to book it then after 48hrs they will again add you in waitlist and so.

Whoever told you this doesn't know anything about study in germany. Thousands of students got admit in germany with a 3 year bachelor degree. I have done 3 year b.com in india and got Aps certificate in which I'm eligible to apply for masters in Germany. I'm Also done with my visa appointment.

Yes, before aps aise hi hota tha but after introduction of aps from November 1st 2022. Bachelor visa application will also be submitted at vfs delhi instead of embassy

Currently no one is getting slots from Delhi Vfs. Once they starting getting slots, then you can get a timeline of getting slots and appointment. Try to book in march- April or even later for August date.
