Hi there, Sorry, only just seen this now. There is no practical for the Woleverhampton test. I really hope this helps. Once you get your personal license, then you apply for the vehicle plate

Salam my brother i have passed my test and my DBS is full clear i have just 1 issue i got LC20 with 3 points and my badge is and they got my all documents and they emailed me This is the email my brother I am writing in regards to your application to become a licensed Private Hire Vehicle Driver with the City of Wolverhampton Council. • We have received all relevant documents. However, due to the information revealed via your record, we are reviewing this. Following due course, it may be necessary for you to attend a hearing. You will be advised of this in due course.
