Not now. It depends on how often these shops reset but as of now there is not enough ways to get the exchange medals and it consumed way to much zeni.4 billion zeni on average to get from 70 to 99 is way to much

@@PlayyBox yeah it is just making an even bigger gap between new players and people who have most meta characters. In a week, everybody who has been playing for a while will just have it maxed out while new players (me included) would just get bodied because not only you have to worry about equipments and getting characters in the first place, but then you just waste time with this arts system. It doesn’t even give devs any income or anything, I don’t understand why they added this. Could have just added a “random chance to perform a heavy attack against NPC characters”, that’s it. I’m probably gonna go back to Dokkan at this point.

Im in a way happy but not with this system. On the one hand for PvE thats gonna help, Increased stats never hurt imo. PvP I cooould see it being both ways. Kinda unfair for newer players since the system feels like its not just gonna spit Seeds and Cores at ya all the time. Though, at least I can power up my team a bit more... No idea who I'm going to prioritize after U.Rosé though. Odds are I'll probably save em for if Ultra Vegito Blue happens for the 5th anni.

The stat buff is applied to pvp, ideally you would want to max them out at 99

The bois who think that this is not a good update they are completely wrong cuz it's too much use full for the events and story if you can like upgrade it to 50 your character will be broken cuz I have pulled revival goku UI to grade 56 = (strike), grade 28 = (special move) and it was already broken in the story mode I haven't upgraded blast even once :( I think i will upgrade it after some time
