I do not recommend anybody pay for ads on Facebook daily they are blocking people for sharing things that they have found on Facebook I was blocked for sharing a funny meme that I found on Facebook and today it’s still there on the original post but mine was blocked When they block you you can’t access any of your personal information or reply to any paid ads

If you are in Nigeria the best payment option is PayU. There are so many reasons why you are having some issues, it could be your bank. The banks that I use are Gtb, FBN and UBA
