When the nipple is flowing too fast or if the puppy has very strong suckling reflex and is choking on milk you can stuff some cosmetic cotton inside the nipple to slow down the flow (discard cotton after each feeding and sterilize the nipple).

Someone told me if milk is comin out jus pay with paper towel when u take suckle out the dog takes in a lot of air n that’s wat makes it travel to lungs. Not sure how true it is that’s why I keep baby aspirator on hand.

i’ve found the dr browns anti colic bottles work best! i start with premie nipples then as they get older switch to size 1 😊

I will second this! No bottle I have found does better. The premie nipple for at least the first week. It has been a life saver for me and my 4 puppies.

I am facing some problems with my mama dog. She gave birth yesterday with 3 healthy pups but after yesterday my mama dog felt sick. She had a fever that reached 40 degree Celsius so I brought her to the vet and gave antibiotics and suppositories. She's weak and Shriver's I also gave her supplements that have calcium and milk enhancer vitamins. Hope she's going to be fine tomorrow.🙏🙏🙏
