@@Bornagainviking Mine's also still quite short (around 2 centimeters). I reckon it still needs to grow for at least a year before I maybe can start to do some braiding but man I would like to.

Excellent brother! Love the look and can’t wait to grow mine that length. My grandfather is from Sweden and I can grow a pretty dense beard, however never grew one longer than maybe 2 inches. I picked up some bad genes that caused me to go bald so I shave to the skin on the head. One question I have for you though is I have a 3 inch chin beard. I’m now ready to grow a full out beard. Should I shave the chin beard off and grow everything equally or do you think the rest (cheek & neck) will catch up? Thanks again for your videos. I hope to visit Norway sometime.

Cool! I would let it grow and rather trim the length instead of trying to make them grow simultaneously, some hairs of your beard will probably always grow faster than others.

How long on average does it take to grow long enough to braid? I am gonna grow my chin until these horrible masks come off? I hope to braid it. Also, how much length do I need to start braiding?

I don't know any averages, people grow out their beard at different speed. that's genetic I think. you could probably braid your beard when it's 7-10cm long. I would say just try to braid it whenever and if you can't do it, you know it's not long enough.

Thank you, I do like all of them, but I most often use the three strand braid, because its just easier and faster than the other two ^_^
