Make your own mule tape horse halter!
Braiding halters can be a fun hobby or a great source of income. This video shows you how to braid a six strand halter at an easy level. Alternative braids, nosebands and endings will be available on the page soon.
Disclaimer Fire can be a dangerous tool to work with. Please ask a parent to help you or finish your braids in a different knot that doesn't need to be burnt.
If you do choose to burn your ends but you don’t have pliers, you can use a spoon to apply pressure to the melted spots to smooth them over. (Just make sure you wont need to use the spoon for eating after.)
