Helpful man, I feel I slowly making the transition to looking natural on camera my problem in the beginning was I felt I had to rush through all of it to get it done, my videos had no cadence it wasn't like a conversation! Using hand gestures and slowing down has helped, I'll apply the mind hack about telling myself everything I say has value and is acceptable! Believe it and it will be so! Thanks!

It's interesting for me to realize that the lack of confidence I feel within myself about talking to camera, persists depsite there being a small handful of videos I have publsihed online overt revent years that are actually evidence of me not being half as bad as I feel I am. Those videos where I have actually done pretty well & been authentic enough (considering my lack of experience), seem to suggest that mindset has more to do with it than I first thought. Because it seems I have some better days ( or even just short moments ) than others. It would interest me to hear you speak about having good and bad days... if that is normal... do you you allow for those bad days to be what they are, and upload , or do you force yourself to push beyond and "act" as though you're having good, confident & charismatic day even if you're not?
