Wow that's crazy seeing ALL the traffic respawning over and over like that🤯😂 me and a friend had similar results awhile ago during some random mission/VIP Work I think, and neither of us were under the map at the time, but on one of the Vinewood Hills tight roads we ended up having the same set of cars spawning multiple times too!😮

At the Mission where you have to get the key Codes for cayo perico, I was in the Penthouses to get the Codes and at the parking lot near the casino the cars started to stack up

Now that explains why when I was doing an old gc2f glitch where it involves my friend going under the map and as soon as he went under the map the npc car that spawns at the casino got respawned on top of each others and it keep doing it again and again and eventually my game FPS started to drop lol

I’m not sure how I did this but one time I was at the mask shop trying to save a duffel bag. Then randomly more copies of the guy working the mask shop started spawning next to him. There were 5 total after a few seconds and one died. I wanted to see how many more would appear but some random ran me over and upon returning it was just one of them again. I was able to get a picture when there were 4 of them standing in the shop

There is another way to force the game to do this without going under the map. We used it to "drop" cars into the bunker for a gctf glitch.

about 11 years ago when i was exploring gta4 i once randomly stumbled into an alleyway & found, i kid you not, an npc pedestrian spawn location. i stood there for about 10 minutes watching them appear, one after another about every five seconds. of course they all had different clothes, age, gender etc. & they 'faded-in' about a foot off the ground, slowly gain gravity & drop to the ground. then they would just turn & walk wherever they're goin.

Yes it works where ever you are under the map just as long as you stay the stated distance if 600 / 800f from another player.

@@zinussan50 it only works 600/800f also if the player on the ground moves or drives around a bit the effect can intensify and even more cars will spawn resulting in them exploding. Lol it really is a crazy little glitch.

I did the jet pack one perfectly first time no issue now when I try my jet pack spins and I can’t control it, and with getting into the comedy club I got into a parking garage and the police station where you create you character

Something similar happens sometimes when I'm doing the Commute race in Online. Towards the end of the second-to-last bridge you cross, 5 trucks will spawn on top of each other, explode, and block the entire road. This usually happens when the traffic level is set to high, though.
