Two things keep the bearing shell from rotating with the shaft. The first is the little tabs that function as a block by fitting into the noitch in the cap and rod. The second is bearing crush, which is the force applied to the shells' ends. In reality, a shell is somewhat longer than the circumference of the cap when it is positioned inside one, allowing it to sit slightly proudly on the edge closest to the bolt when the cap is correctly tensioned into place. The shell in the conrod is the same. That little protrusion securely secures the shells into the assembled device as the halves are assembled. If there is too much crush, the ends collapse and seize onto the shaft, which is the main cause of home-built engines that refuse to spin when assembled by hand. Hi D,D&G, I am a regular viewer of RevNitro for the last few years, before I start my questions,let me share my experiences. Hunter 350 obliviously an excellent bike, about to cross 10k kms, riding experience,KPL are in positive side. I accept the fact that the fuel gauge misbehave in Reserve but for me when the trip meter cross300 to 350 I just top up with 9 ltrs, so it’s not an issue for me. The KPL is roughly 33 in city and 39 in HW, not bad for me. My daily ride in city covers 40 to 50 kms and in HW 150 kms at a stretch @80 kms/hour, rarely I cross 100. I have been riding bikes and driving Cars for more than Five Decades and it’s my passion Heating issue: I feel heat only after switching OFF, rarely during rides I felt the heat on my right knee which I understand is due to frequent breaks and low gear riding. Material Science answers: impurities must have caused the abrasion in the B.E bearing or the material used to manufacture might be a lower grade, may be below 440 grade SS. My question: why front sprocket in Ronin replaced with NS200 sprocket,what are the pros and cons?

Its the showroom people. No dealership staff handles the vehicle properly.90% of damages is done by dealerships only.

It's actually pretty simple ( not worth a dedicated video IMO ) . engine is basically an air pump ( used this example to explain easily ) which either works with fuel but when there's no fuel the energy is taken from wheels so there's a reduction in wheel rotation speed . The higher the rpm the more pronounced the effect .
