Love the sound of that, I've seen others make 'carrot cake' beers by adding carrot cake spices along with the carrot, yet to try it myself

As always, great video! I'd always do a split batch now as I've ruined many a good brew by experimenting (the marmalade seemed like a good idea). I love a nice bitter. More metal guitar please.
