In this modern era we don't even take real rest for your brain and constantly stimulating our brain when can cause focus loss and even cause brain rot . I also talked about how to increase focus through BRAC method (Basic rest activity cycle) .I also talk about how to reschedule our time according to our work.

Dekho , apke dimag ko dusri chiz..se maja aa raha aur apke maan ka dyan isliye uder haa , so to solve it apne aap se uss time phe question karna ," kya muje abi iss chizz se maja lena chahiye?" And when you do that then apne kaam mhe maja dundo focus will automatically come.

I think you are talking about (phase) yase ek week aap full consistency yhe kaam kiya but next week completey distracted . Jab apka motivation/ postive vibe ka phase chal raha ha hota ha taab aap focus rahte hoo but yahe he apka motivation/postive vibe khatam apke maan ko us time phe kio rasta nahi milta ha aur vhi distraction ke raste ko pakad leta ha to keep him stimulated. So kya karo , when you feel your energy phase is ending and keep watch on your action, are going to distracted again ? so phele hi sambal jaoo , don't enter in phase of distraction, cozz.. your mind is working on phase either is choose motivation phase or distracted phase , so try to balance and apne distracted phase se bhar nikla sikho uska end hone ka wait na karo , ok practice it

Yahh you can do it but it depends on which type of meditation you are doing, like concentration deep focus , finding answers via mediation i would not generally recommend it between rest time but if you are only doing it for relaxation (inhale/exhale) be in present moment, you can do it

Yahh you can do but it's depend upon which type of meditation is doing if you are doing just for to relax you can do it but if you are doing concentration exercise or trying to find answers then it's not advisable to do in a rest session but if you only intend to relax through meditation then you can do it

Bahi, dekho 15 hr banda padh sakta but you can't sustain it for long term you will burn out in no time , and try to observe yourself when you study (kya tum lagatar padh sakte ho yha gap le le ke which is best) . Aur apka comment pad ke lag raha ha , you are very stressed out ( apko future ki chinta ho rahi hai) So to correct it, you have to stop wasting your energy focus on unless thing, and keep reminding yourself i need to direct my focus on my studies so don't waste it here and there and take really really rest.This is the only way you can achieve consistency without being burnout, by giving rest to your brain during rest sessions as I explained in this video. I know it's hard but you are one who choose this path so take the responsibilit and keep reminding your self not to focus on unnacessary activities but only on study.
