I would LOVE a design book from Emily. This home isn't a brand new build (my home is) but there are a ton of design ideas I will take from this video, that I can incorporate into my basic builder home. Beautiful design, that bathroom wallpaper would have been cool in front foyer- leading up the stairs. I get why people have bench seats in dining rooms but they are so uncomfortable - so disliked that. The fire place felt odd to me but it’s not the first thing you see, so one can get away with it. Overall very good
