Pls after installing the new head, i dont know why the ink is entering the cable and it has affected one of the holse in the head. How to stop the ink entering the cable while printing. Thanks

Make sure you don't have a hole in your ink tube that could be making the ink siphoned. Causing exsesive ink ink your system. This would be noticeable if you turn off the printer and move your head over the platform let it sit there for 15 minutes does it drip any ink? It shouldnt

I have replaced the print head after it stopped printing colour, but no colour comes out of the new print head either, the pump is running but nothing comes out. What could be the problem? Cables are also new

If printhead is good, if ink motors are good, if cables are good then motherboard is dead.

sure clean them with head cleaner then use a moisturize and push it though the head just like the cleaner then keep it stored away from light and sealed in a bag

Can denatured alcohol be used to clean the printhead with ecosolvent inks?

It can for stubborn clogs but acohol shoukd be last resort as it is hard on the head

I hae a PrintBuddy L1800 DTF printer that uses XP600 printheads. Will your printhead work since it's not a UV printer?

@@crossightoverclothes are you sure you don't have an L1800 printer that used L1800 printheads? Our heads will work with uv dtr or dtg inks

@@JaysToDoList Honestly I have no idea. It's a rebranded printer from what I can tell. I've replaced the printhead once and we had to buy an xp600 but when I'm in the software it says Epson L1800 Series and Printer: Stylus Photo R2000 but that may just be the drivers it uses. i'm lost at this point.

If youre not printing anything at all, but it goes through the motions like it is, you might have a blown fuse on the mainboard.

@@isaisa6558 I agree if you got it wet when there was power it might of shorted out your mainboard check your fuses on the motherboard or replace it is my guess

you video is sympatic but you can't say to everybody to put alcohol in printhead, I have work in development of ink and cleaning solution and they need to now the reality. for unclog printhead this is the mix for good cleaning and lubrification of canal for not have white ink clog tomorrow : Diéthylène Glycol (15 %) 2-Pyrolidone (7 %) Éthylène Glycol (5 %) Polyéther (3 %) water: 70% I give it because it's not expensive to make it and people say use alcohol but not never of a little quantity like 0,5% ammonia the same is not good for canal, tube. its chemical study for find the good liquid to clean different things.

Where did you get your new head? It's possible something shorted now while you are changing the head. Or Maybe they cable put in backwards or something or the new head to potentially have a short in it which would blow out your preheadboard

@@JaysToDoList thank you for you time, so I buy new head xp600 but 2hand from china so I just put on printer start to print and after that board is burn after I give for my friend he fix for me, so next time is happened again about 3 times already, maybe this is china head not good I don't know and how cane protect
