Yes doing vvti my engine is a 1jz vvti ..after commenting on your video I did more research do I have too have a 2jz block too do 1.5 ?

@@b-radinda505 yes, pretty much is a 1jz head and 2jz block. I usually use a GE block with GTE pistons, rods, oil pump, water pump and most of 2jz accessories.

Ahh ok yeah I purchased my jz motor about 3 years ago from eBay believe it or not came from a jdm place I believe..also I’m new too turbos so I plan on keeping my stock toyota turbo the CT15 but I wanna send it too drift motion for billet turbo rebuild/upgrade would I need a bov for this turbo?

2jz ge block with GTE pistons, rods and GTE oil pump. The GTE pump is bigger. 1jz head and both block and head are vvti.

Of course, it’s a 3.0! People just nickname it 1.5 because we use the 1jz head. In reality is a 3.0
