*Im sure Conrad is a great guy but he has "Resting Bastard" Face. I love this Ute. You have to give it respect because if you don't it will bite you on the arse. I love the Fab work under the bonnet. I've seen this getting around the falcon facebook groups, it's really a perfect build, most people go for an oversized turbo, With this small 3584 you get all the power with none of the lag

Enjoyed the review of the Ute. I like the Pulsar turbo, it makes it very quick and fun to drive. The Chinese tyres were struggling for grip. Interested to see the 0-100 with better gripping tyres. Utes being so light in the backend doesn’t help either. Thanks for the review once again.

@@petermanuel7128 *In older Utes like VP Commodore Utes and XF Utes that's true, but not with FG Utes. There is actually a lot of weight in the rear of FG Utes. Look it up, there is plenty of info out there about it. The weight is more distributed compared to older Falcon and Commodore Utes.. It's for handling safety. People just assume there is no weight above the rear wheels on FG Utes which isn't true.💯%*

Fg- fgx complete hot side kits start at $2900 without turbo and wastegate(for people who already have a 3584 and wastegate) $2300 for turbo and manifold only $4050 with turbo and no wastegate $4800 with turbo and gen v pro 50 wastegate. $250 extra for stainless intake and intercooler pipe $450 extra for titanium intake and intercooler pipe Kit includes : Heat shield, intercooler pipe, intake pipe, screamer, turbine wastegate mount to turbine, dump pipe, wastegate, turbo and manifold.

Great review as usual Ross. The exhaust note of the Ute is absolutely perfect! Extra cool points for the manual which, IMO, makes fast cars more fun to drive even if it doesn’t make them faster. Having said that, can you please shout the driver a chill pill? He’s taking this all too seriously! Driving a fast, turbo Barra, manual Ute is supposed to be enjoyable. He should be laughing out loud every time he does a massive skid with you in the passenger side. 🤙🥳

Im probably gonna cop some shit for this comment, but i think this thing would be annoying to drive. Doing skids is good, i love it, but also not being able to hook up when you want and just blowing tyres off in 3rd etc would kinda be annoying, and to most people it'd be good but to me personally I'd get over it pretty quick. Cool car none the less, but i also agree with other comments, there's definitely not 900hp out a 3584 psr.

​@@RossReviewsau Honestly mate no 3584 is making that power at the hubs on a T3 flange. A number of well respected tuners are laughing at some of these claimed dyno numbers that have popped up recently including the Pulsar distributor himself. Now if these cars run the quarter and trap at 146mph+ I'll believe their power claims but they'll be under 144mph just like every other maxxed out Gen 3 Pulsar 3584 in an FG auto. Dynos can lie but dragstrips don't. We've got a roller dyno in Adelaide that constantly reads 100kw higher than any other Adelaide roller dyno. Young blokes with cars constantly go there for power runs just to blow their bags with a higher dyno reading than anybody else 😂

Not gonna lie, probably the worst sounding Barra I've heard with a high mount manifold. usually equal lengths runners make them sound awesome. something not right flow wise with his exhaust somewhere, sounds like a v6 not an inline 6.

This fella must have welded way to much gal. 900 hp on a RWD with leafspring that have bugger all weight over them (terrible weight distribution). This car is just begging to be wrapped around a tree. That said, I still respect the suicide attempt.👍
