I built my first one today.. the reason your dogs aren’t running is because they are to far up to the edge.. they can’t stretch. Your mill needs to be longer then you’ll see them go

Make it longer in the front and then stabilize the front. She wants ro run but it’s not too fun. Maybe if you could lower the incline a bit too or make it adjustable.

What did you use for the floor board and how did you connect the carpet

I used laminated wood flooring and I secured the carpet with sewn fishing line

No, I drilled holes 🕳️ and hammered in copper couplings for the bolts to rotate in

Nice for a first try. But it is way too short, the carpet is too loose, and the whole thing is too wobbly. You got the right concept, just the wrong results. Keep trying.

I made them it’s 4 inch PVC with landscape timber inside. They were both cut 2 ft long and secured together by screws
