Really nice job! I got my hands on my first atlatl last month and am having fun learning to use the thing. I was curious about the amount of work that was involved to make my own set one of these days, and you made me feel like this is all pretty doable. I appreciate you putting this together. I wonder how a pine 2x2 would do for this. I’d still have to figure out the spur though.

I have used pine. The Atlatl has to be a little thicker. Try to attach a hard wood spur. It will last a lot longer

They are called darts. They are more like a spear than an arrow.
