Where did you source these components? What about the clock position between either end? What drive shaft offset did you end up with to keep the needle bearing moving on a fixed diff? I dig it.

Driveshaftparts.com was the u joints and weld ends. The center was just a random DOM tube supplier. Clock position doesn't matter as long as it's balanced, it's a whole rotating assembly. Honestly don't know the offset. The Trans and diff just ended up where they were so I connected them.

You said you had a ford 8.8 with IRS?

Yes, the later models of the Ford 8.8 could have independent rear suspension in certain applications. My differential, knuckles, and half shafts all came out of a ford explorer.
