Your company still hasn't solved the "Can't upload images because you're offline" issue. Now if I had to guess this absolutely is intentional but I'm not sure how you're planning to scale when you can't easily explain this issue to anyone and describe why it is taking place. And I also don't have much faith in a founder that comments, "You can't upload images when you're offline", in response to a thousand people having the same issue. The lack of transparency, the overly high prices (that can't fully be justified), and btw $4 per user of your app... per month... I hope you guys just can't communicate your pricing very well or you have a much larger issue. Anyway, I'm looking for the founder to get swapped out of the CEO spot. With this type of application, core stuff absolutely matters and arrogance is more than infuriating.
