I couldn't see the engines in the ship builder, though i do only have level 3 is the ship builder perk are the engines level locked or from the ship yard as the landing gear are?

Vanta I think you should look into the Infinite Warfare SDF vessels! They share similar aesthetics to the UC and the UNSC and with your attention to detail I think you’d do awesome with making these ships! Look up the Olympus Mons, it’s the capital ship for the SDF and looks baller as hell!
