I love it! You do very good work. I just finished my 7th homebuilt. I started 3 years ago as we started getting power outages in NorCal and made a few simple 300 watt inverter battery boxes for friends who had CPAP machines. You have some top notch components and a great looking setup. A warning is in order....once you start assembling your own lithium iron phosphate cells and do your own Battery Management System, you will get addicted!

Thank you! This is actually my first solar built. I’m planning on building my own lithium iron phosphate batteries to be connected with this solar generator. I’m excited to start this new project. I’m still learning about solar systems but this is very fun to build and I’m documenting the process to be able to share it with the world. Eventually, I’m also planning to go off grid and power my entire house with solar or a combination of solar and wind.

Hey Mike, on the video I'm using a Blue TOP AGM sealed battery but this is temporarily. Eventually I'll be upgrading to a iron phosphate battery which is what I recommend.

This is a 55ah battery which in a 12v configuration is providing 660wh which is very light for this system.

What type of fuse block did you use ? 12v

I purchased the fuse block from amazon: "WindyNation ANL Fuse Holder + ANL Fuse". Based on the specs of this fuse block, it can operate up to 72V. Please verify the specs before purchasing.
