Setting up is terrible - to set right angle, use the 3-4-5 method; ie 3 adjacent, 4 opposite and 5 the hypotenuse. Using tile being square to gauge the right angle is too appropriate. The base foundation brickworks should preferable have steel rods driven into the ground and then embedded in the cement mortar. The brick works should be interlocking by using header n stretcher bond to provide flexure stability. The steel rods should preferably be tied together in mesh form by using some metal wire for strength; otherwise as it is as shown- it only assist to prevent cracking from shrinkage upon cement hardening. All these steps - the person has not use a bubble level to ensure horizontal.

Good idea but some really bad If execution in regards to layout. The sink has the entire drain board portion out of reach. Also with access to all the brick and his real masonry skills why not use fire bricks for the fire areas. It would insulate all the brick and cement around it helping with the Longevity of the structure. All that being said....good shit there

Clay bricks are very good insulation and we have made very safe kitchens for a long time, a lot of people have been doing it this way for over a year and it still works,maybe you are not familiar

@@Penpenvn1 clay bricks..... here in the United States almost all our bricks are cement and ceramic mixture and don't hold up to high heat very well. Clay will work perfectly then for your build. Now just make a really big grill so you can roast a whole pig!

First of all you cannot exposed concrete direct to the fire, it can explode to to evaporation, second bars in concrete needs to be tight together by welding or smaller wire.

Two layers of bricks in wall and a brick and cement for the floor we've tried it before it works ...it may only explode if you put enough heat that can melt metal....it's only for meat. It's ok.

I agree with you. The skill is amazing and the attention to detail, Just WOW!!! . Been following a few of these outdoor kitchens and fountains. Could watch these being built all day. Say to myself...you too could build them. At the rate I am going it would be easier to offer up the backyard and ask for the supply list and their day of arrival ;) I love them all but the layout of this one has caught my eye. The work and entertainment surfaces are awesome. The one before had a pizza oven though.

That tile cover over the grill will soon break. Why not fix the grill and be done with it? It's not like that tile cover will be of any use. Not a fan though of multilayer cementing and tile setting is so-so. Overall it was a good build

We have the same in my house, a whole tile slab for the grill if not in use, and sadly it's been 12 years now and still not broken
