My bones need help...Im sorry I didn't know the importance of fiber. Done my probotics and wasn't able to consistently excericise nor eat healthy as I could had. What supplements do you recommend. Im grateful to find you your sharing gives me hope. DS

I have been making yogurt with that strain of reuteri for some time. Let's hope it is helping my bones. It is also good for the skin. So happy to hear this.

So how to you get rid of reduced the bloating and gas with the fiber. Even eating a little oatmeal and fruit will floor me for a whole day can't walk without cramping and pain. It won't digest down until I take a laxative after a day or two of suffering with eating fiber food. I try chopping oatmeal in a blender before cooking longer time, but it doesn't help.

What is a good resource of lactobacillus rueteri 6745 how much and how often? I'm trying to maintain my BMD. I have osteopenia. I am increase my fiber, weight bearing, and supplements.
