Purchase pro tools ultimate perpetual license for lifetime which cost 2000 usd rather if you have a 4 lakh budget.. why fl studio?? Get stock plugins too with pro tools and get free vsts and effect plug ins too (can get good paid plugins like echoboy and valhalla plate reverb and rennaisance vox) and maybe get a kontakt bundle too. And headphones , you can get them for 15k or 20k rupees (good ones) and speaker set (reall cool ones) for around another 60 or 50k INR.
