I also got a place along the Nsawam - Adeiso road, which is 45km(50 minutes drive) away from the airport. I got it for 6000 GHS last year and I'm currently in the process of building a 3 bedroom house. I'd love to meet your friend. My site is just 20 minutes drive away from his and I also currently live in Adenta. Life in Accra be too stressful.

Not sure why the distance relative to airport is important. It doesn't make sense for regular business traveller to live far from airport outside city anyways
@AfricaBuildingHub
@AfricaBuildingHub 2 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure I understand your comment Lawrence. Please clarify. People use the international airport in most countries as the center of business. So living closer to the airport means you will get access to almost everything you need.
@aberba
@aberba 2 жыл бұрын
@@AfricaBuildingHub not necessarily the case. The middle of town is what matters to ordinary citizens. You don't need airport if you're not an international traveller. And airports aren't exactly middle of town. I've been to many regions in GH. This is in reply to KZbinrs often too concerned about how apart a site is from airport.

@@AfricaBuildingHub everything that goes into it degrades into soil and than eventually need to be removed. considering the septic is small, it'll fill up often sooner than some think. Some biodisgesters are sealed hence more work.
