This is great. I think it looks better than the 4th gen dodge with the flatbed. It's also the same truck my dad owns minus the dually in the back, but he has a flatbed and its tan not red, but red is a nice color. Looks good with the yellow plow. Really happy that the plow and sand spreader are featured in the build tutorial.

Your builds are great. I’m new to this and am struggling with dimensions and scale. What are your dimensions for Lego studs compared to real proportions on truck? 6-8 stud wide? 12-14 stud long? Just trying to get an idea, once again your builds are awesome and I enjoy your channel bro keep it up!!

You can look up the length and wheelbase of any vehicle, that's what I do, and I use a measurement of 1 brick equals 1 foot, so figure out a scale that works for you. I also like to use Matchbox cars and compare their proportions for my build. I hope some of this helps

Definitely agree, for me it is helpful to look up a blueprint, enlarge it to where it matches a 6 stud with and then you will see how long/high it should be. Hope this helps!

He normally only build 6 stud trucks that don’t fit figs, not saying he won’t it’s just to make them look nice the proportions have to be certain lengths and heights.

Its funny 6 wide is actually more minifigure scale, 8 wide would be huge in comparison but you’re definitely right about fitting figs, it would need to be at least 7-8 wide to be able to do that.
