Nice, steel, concrete and roof tiles. Here in the US people insist on wood walls and tar paper roof tiles, and then they wonder why their houses burn down all the time

Basically; It's so heavy you don't need a foundation... Basically that is. But basically I did see a foundation while writing this. These would be good in New York City seeing how it is a concrete city. Basically that is.

Forget the animosity from those who do not see the simplicity of construction with your manufacturing process. How are the panels being attached one to another? I am highly interested in utilizing this for a small building. Thank you for posting!

Low cost housing here in South Africa. Some are government funded. Actually so easy to build your own home here in South Africa. Just need basic structure from wood, then plaster with mud and put up a grass roof. Then just electrical and plumbing, doors and windows and it's ready for furniture and move in. Because of the climate here in South Africa, a sort of traditional Zulu house is the cheapest and most eco friendly house. Cool in Summer, warm in Winter. But I would first make friends with Zulu people that knows how to build their traditional homes, and hire them and pay them well for the best and most beautiful and eco friendly and cheapest home in South Africa. A well known farmer and evangelist lives in a traditional Zulu house which his friend and him and his family and other volunteers built in one week, after 40 years or so still a beautiful home standing strong. Go to Angus Buchan KZbin channel and see this man's beautiful home.

So what about the corrosion of the copper pipes in direct contact with the cement? Seems like you are setting your self up for failure after a few years. PEX piping in the walls might have been a better choice.

I was a home inspector in the mid south region of USA. I am not familiar of copper corrosion in concrete but very aware of the galvanic electron exchange between copper & galvanized (zinc coated) steel. The isolation of pipes from the frame work when filling the forms looked as possibly some questionable workmanship. I would estimate lifespan of copper pipes as 3-5 years before leaking begins & gets worse over time. Are there any current maintenance reports from these developments available?

Unlikely being very good, better in comparison to bricks is possible but nobody just build brickwall without any insulation in the western world (this is africa) but doesnt really help. Perhaps its easy to install insulation inside that though.

It is able to pass so long as the panels are sandwiched and anchored on a footing. Minimum standards are ridiculously low. I would advise vertical and horizontal continuous ties as a safety precaution ~ but these buildings can withstand the general forces of seasonal cycles as well as a timber framed building.

Biggest problem with all these rdp projects. Too many plots. Too much sprawl. Making the issue worse. Creating terrace style housing would be more similar to the communal environment these communities are used too. It would take up less of a footprint, connections between homes would use less material, have better insulation, possibility of solar panel arrays in a tighter organization. Just bad bad design.
