To Me, It looks like the sides are about 6 Inches high and the back compartment is about 4 inches wide.. I am going to guestimate that the whole top is about 6 or 8 inches thick, about 20 or 24 inches from front to back and about 4 ft from side to side. The usual total height for a table like this is about 30 to 31.5 inches. That would also make the main flip up panel with the mirror about 16 to 18 inches front to back by 4 ft side to side. Now, he's probably using centimeters, but that looks to me like a close eyeball guesstimate. You can adjust the legs to the preferred final height.
