You're probably going to agencies that specialize in high fashion. You have to be at least 5'9 for high fashion. Try going to commercial print and lifestyle modeling agencies

Can you give some insight to what order these photos should go in? I know you said head shot, 3/4, full body, commercial, high fashion and fitness. Online sometimes it's hard to control what order the app or folder places them in but as far as the physical portfolio book I was wondering what order. Also do you know of any links or websites to purchase a professional portfolio book? Mine is not the nicest anymore and has some scratches and I'm just afraid it's not a professional look.

I live in Texas but I want to go to casting calls in New York once winter comes around, do you have to live in the same state as the agency to get signed? I want to start a serious modeling career (runway) I’m just not sure because there aren’t any big/well known agencies near me and New York, Chicago and LA seem to be the only places but I don’t live anywhere near them.

You don't have to live in the same state, but agencies will be hesitant to represent you if you don't live close by.
