@howtowindowsguide k, got it. Sorry if i'm a bit dumb with these things but i have two more questions, 1. how many pins is that plug? 2. what is overclocking, what does it do and how do i do it?

This is our low budget Gamer build: AMD A6 3650 APU Crucial 4GB DDR3 RAM Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 Video Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2 Mobo Samsung 256GB SSD Tower Case w/ 500W PSU LG Bluray Burner Acer 21.5" LED Monitor Inland PS/2 Mouse & Keyboard & Speakers Windows 7 Home Premium OS Cost: Under $650 Windows Index: 7.2, 7.2, 6.8, 6.8, 7.3 Notes: Plays Diablo 3 quite well. No stuttering even at high settings. :)

i have a phenom ii x4 3.4 ghz ati radeon 6770 (that # is really important) gigabyte amd 760 g motherboard 8gb ram 800 W power supply 1 tb hdd for about $500 it works amazing

Isn't it a bad idea to hold the video card and motherboard in the exposed areas? I noticed you were holding the video card on the circuit. Just curious, because everyone says not to, but I did sort of touch the bottom of the motherboard accidentally when getting it out of the anti-static bag, but everything works fine, so I dunno.

Any dvd-rom will do, most people go for the generic 20$ Asus one on newegg but it doesn't matter.

Use thremal before adding the heatsink and fan on the cpu..This is a nice vid but i can see some people still not understanding

how come there is no standard power/reset/power led/hdd led connector? we have standardized almost everything else

No Gigabyte? No AsRock? Those two are better than Asus/MSI in quality, Asus is just renowed for it's Rampage IV Extreme

You forgot the thermal paste, somebody might build it after your video and fry their cpu.

system maxed out, no room for upgrading, the back comes off the case for cable management........sorry, this is what i do and i have a friend that is much more of a stickler than i am.

Why have this video in under 7 minutes?! With the lack of jargon, I assume this is aimed at beginners to building computers. In which case, you have missed out a million small but vital steps, such as applying thermal paste, replacing the IO shield, removing the CPU socket cover and so on. PCs should be built with care, not haste. Besides lots of the explanations you made were specific to that case - guaranteed somebody spending less money will get no help from some areas of this video.
