Не знаю, пришлёт ли ютуб уведомление об ответе или нет, да и времени с момента написания комментария много прошло... В общем, это довольно распространённая техника нанесения декалей. Для того, чтобы избавиться от защитной плёнки сверху применяют специальные химикаты. Особенно часто используют Decal setter и decal softer от Tamiya. В отдельных случаях их не хватает, и, опять-таки, для избавления от глянцевого покрытия, которое будет выступать на поверхности и портить внешний вид (особенно под лаком) берут либо убитый в ноль наждак, либо специальную губчатую наждачку и ей снимают защитное покрытие. Чтобы при этом не повредить декаль часто наносят на место обработки чуть-чуть глянцевого лака, а саму процедуру повторяют раза два-три. Я привык делать танковые модели, там края декалей не особо заметны, но в автомоделизме это недопустимо. Видел даже, как кто-то извращался и полировальной пастой обрабатывал кузов, а затем натирал его воском. Увлечённые люди, что сказать)
