Hi, loved this tutorial and found this really useful, just one question tho, what if I want to minus my "break time" (which could be a separate column) from my total hours spent working on a task, as opposed to it being a separate section in the "what am i doing?" column, how would i edit the formula? Basically I want to subtract the "hours"/"minutes" section with the "break time" column but I'd like to show up in the same "hours"/"minutes" column. So a consolidated formula that takes out the time spent on a task minus the breaks while performing it. Hope I'm making sense lol

I've been using a pomodoro app on my iPad, but if you google a pomodoro timer online you can embed it into the page.

SO as you say, you might finish task 1 in less than the pomo time, so you select next task, task 2, of your list and then that 'plans' the next session... ... how are you going to time sum that... ... Almost as if you will have to 'cheat' and make a new line in the table or 'fake' the pomo times so one say becomes 15 mins and the other 35. Assuming the time spent is important to you.

It’s all fluid for me but I generally keep to the 25,5 time frame.

This is one of the reasons I don't like the pomodoro concept. Just throw that part out. If one pomodoro is 15 and the other is 35, who cares? (as long as it is reasonable.. not like working for 3 hours and taking a break)
