Awesome!
@allgreatfictions2 жыл бұрын
It would increase the weight a lot, but you could cover the whole helmet in something like wood filler, or even air dry clay in a thin layer, which you could sand once it cures and you wouldn't be able to tell its cardboard after painting. This is a cool little project, but that little bit of extra detail and you wouldn't know.
@MarksWorkshopcrft2 жыл бұрын
That would be a very good idea maybe I should incorporate it with one of my builds next time

It might be a bit much to ask, and I don’t expect you to do it, but some measurements would be awesome! Really cool skills you have, keep up the good work.
@MarksWorkshopcrft Жыл бұрын
Well, the head diameter is 24 inches if that helps and the visor is 18 inches wide and 8 inches tall and then it tapers to each pin

Totally!! you would need at least 5 plates of cardboard that are 7”x10” that’s just and estimate also take your time and your everyone’s head size is different to make sure to take measurements

Use your own head Start off by making a single ring of cardboard to fit around your head and when that Glooze together it should easily be able to fit around your ears comfortably and top of your skull that’s how you start off with every helmet build
