Very good bro you are clearly explained the frauds.But I put one question.Today's construction cost is Rs.2300to2500.who one is ready to give this rate? They are searching for lowest rate as you told.I give some technical details. 1.Selection of foundation according to soil such as pile( or) column (or)raft foundation. 2,Selection of sizes of columns & beams with well designed. 3,Whether the roof slab for a room or hall is one way or two way &the column is long or short column.This could be decided only by proper design. 4,The size of rods, spacing of rods, thickness of roof slab. I give only simple examples. The only engineer who offered the above mentioned rate could construct a strengthen building by adopting aforesaid designs.
