One option to explore for damageing the creaking is snow golems, however it may not work as they might not target them and the damage isnt from the player, similarly to the tnt example. Potions i think are the easiest thus far as its not that dificult to set up a couple of auto brewers for a rolling suply of instant damage splash potions.
@mjm30912 ай бұрын
If dispensers/droppers could work for it (not sure, because TNT if not fired by player doesn't work) - you could have an automatic farm with a clock that dispenses splash potions and cleans the raisin. At least if player action like clicking button/lever to activate dispensers would work - this could be automated with like bots and auto brewers.

. You can use the resin to have orange armor trims. Which is awesome, copper is more dull orange in my opinion and I'm glad that we have an actual orange typel so we got red from Redstone, orange from resin, yellow from gold, green from emeralds, blue from lapis lazuli, light blue from diamonds, purple from amethyst, black from netherite, a brownish orange from copper, and white from iron, we literally have all the colors except for maybe a few more but I mean we got a lot more now. And those bricks are pretty cool you can make a lava fortress in another. Man those things should have been used in the nether or something to update the fortresses even with netherwart

Interesting video! I made one of my own yesterday. I used pistons above the front faces of the upper log above the hearts, and hooked them to an Etho hopper clock firing about once every 2 seconds. The spawn platform was also the kill chamber: a piston/observer/trident whirligig. The rest of the farm I either built out of leaves or covered with leaves for spawnproofing. Because I used a trident killer I could AFK all right and come back to a chest full of resin. After that I hooked the output up to an autocrafter. Have you noticed that these resin blocks look a lot like the taterstone and gravitater blocks in the potato April Fool's update?

pretty nice farm setup. Easy to make, except for getting all the creaking hearts that is, and also easy to automate the harvesting process. Only issue I see is that the damage the creaking take has to be considered damage from the player. My question is, would dogs tamed by the player count? If so, it might be one we could fully automate, if we have a periodic exp bottle dispenser, and a mending shield. And a ton of dogs that can hit the creaking.

There is so much that can be done with resin than just making bright orange bricks. How if the default resin is clear and then you can add colour to it. You could have multi-coloured bricks in the game. How if you could combine raw resin, which would be clear, with flowers or other items, which would preserve them and you can make interesting art that you could decorate with. How if you add redstone dust or glow dust to resin can make it sparkly. You could have multi-coloured, sparkly resin

So since the warden and wither attack the creaking, and he seems to take "damage" from them same as a player, could you do a fully auto farm using them to do the attacks? Especially with the wither effect being similar to a potion effect. Or does the damage only work if it's player initiated? Also, I was chatting with someone in my audience about this and he suggested pistons when my mind had gone straight to blast chamber for collection xD Edit to clarify that I meant pistons/tnt for collection, same as is shown here with the pistons Can't wait to get this in Java and mess around with these mechanics myself!!
@neetscholar41492 ай бұрын
