I just heard about this network marketing training material this week and I have already watched hours and hours. My mind is exploding as I am involved with MLMs with my wife here in Thailand. She has three of them that she is regularly recruiting for and she is fantastic at sales too. I am pretty technologically savvy and I believe that I may be able to set up a way where she can just take people to a lead contact page and collect their information and then take them to the online sales page, showing them some short videos and photos and testimonials. Then we can take them to the final online recruitment page, collect their ID and the money for the starting kits all online, and then we can use this same duplicatable process that any of her recruits can access. That would make this so that beginning recruits have these tools to successfully show their prospective recruits and buyers.

With some delay, here are my comments : 1) I am an experience professional but new (10 months or less) to the world of network marketing I dislike the acronym MLM as i dislike most acronyms as they are part of jargon that not anyone is familiar with Network marketing is a vehicle for everyone to achieve certain goals, what matters most, is the work ethic, values and vision of the leaders 2) Go Pro for me was like an essential guide and give you a very good overview of the benefits of network marketing, skills to master, errors to avoid, in methodical way. Duplication for me is close to a process in a classic organization. A good process is almost invisible, it brings efficiency and sustainability to an organization 3) There a few free videos which I find essential for a rookie : one of them is the 7 min video which explains that you are an educator and consultant but not a seller 4) In this particular video, the 7 skills listed are easy to remember and offers a method of work for the beginner, it outlines the need to be consistent, no need to seek perfection at each skills, but a good level for each skills I have an exel file where i write those check list which are easy to remember and I pass it on to my upline or team members Having a method is essential as we are all dealing with time management, most of us have other activities outside of network marketing Last but not least, I appreciate Eric's video because he has the human touch, he started as a young professional lacking confidence and skills, and progressed through hard work, dedication and authenticity.

I was blown away by this video. I received an epiphany when you discussed mindset. I have been struggling for almost two years now trying to figure out my failure to launch and my membership in the business is very close to ending. I've known I needed to get started, but always seemed distracted by trying to figure out how to make a living while I'm building, so I focused more on that instead of getting busy and get started. I've felt so torn... so pulled in so many different directions and it wore greatly on my psyche, because I had the entrepreneur mindset buried underneath feeling like I had to find a way to make a living and I was absolutely miserable. There was something about how you discussed the mindset that became very freeing for me today. That epiphany was like having the weight of the world lifted off of my chest and set the entrepreneur in me free.
