Can you please do a advanced scrolling game? I am developing my own scrolling platformer engine so it would be fun to compare the engines!

@@jamiezr Thanks so much for suggesting it. I need to start a place to write down these suggestions other than leaving the notification uncleared... :)

That's great! Hopefully by the end of this series, I'll have a finished one. :) This whole thing was a much deeper rabbit hole than I thought it would ever be.

@@RealGameTitan i usually play tower defense games on mobile apps or Starcraft II/Warcraft III
@RealGameTitan4 жыл бұрын
@@MBB-LLC What's your favorite mobile app one? How do the Starcraft ones work, is there a tight maze that enemies have to run through, or is it just a big horde of them rushing into a funnel?
@RealGameTitan4 жыл бұрын
@@MBB-LLC Yes, actually! I went out and bought a microphone and learned some simple video editing, and have been trying to pause less when I'm talking. And I feel like I've learned a lot better what the limitations of block coding are. The speed of dragging blocks isn't as big of an issue as I thought, but not being able to search through your code easily is, and there are several language features missing that make things particularly painful. I tried implementing recursion: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYillX-YoZhsbtk and it's definitely not usable yet.

Pls tell me what editor and recorder you use, and how you remove background music

I'm using Davinci Resolve to edit and OBS to record. Scratch doesn't have background music.

@@RealGameTitan Ok thanks but I am not saying for scratch I am saying from your house cause a lot of voice comes fromy house
@RealGameTitan4 жыл бұрын
@@Lightningifyback That's been a challenge! I recorded some of these in a closet. I heard that was the best room in a normal house since the clothes muffle noise. Since then I got a dynamic mic. I'll go find a link for it.
@RealGameTitan4 жыл бұрын
amzn.to/3h7VtXN is the microphone I got recently. I can't remember which of the existing videos use it, but ones starting next weekend all should. It's much better at cutting out background noise than the headset I was using before. I've heard that lav mics are good too.
