Hi guys I was watching your video a while ago and I see about the big crack inside of the pond that you guys have build and the whole ground and the walls that you guys are already build you guys are not putting any drainage in those walls and so forth the walls don't have a drainage so when the rain and the water comes from up and above the mountains and coming in your ground as in your yard I noticed that there's a lot of water that comes in your home like you know your yard so you guys need to make sure that the water goes from your place whatever water is inside your place make sure that ditches where they're supposed to go you can have more than one ditches different directions but you guys got to take care of this water situation and make sure you don't have those cracks and stuff else you're going to have big big problems ok hope that you understand what I am saying to u all the best. 💖🌹🌼🇯🇲

Hello my favorite couple! The retaining wall is looking fantastic! You two are a powerhouse! Can’t wait to see the finished work. I saw the cracks in the overlay on the pond walls and I’m not a brick mason but it may be that your sand is not fine enough for the mix. You also may need to thin it out more; that will make it easier to manipulate and spread over the wall and also when you are laying the bricks. I hope these suggestions help.

You should have incorporated them into the building of the wall ,now you have to take out some block and don't correctly!

THE CAUSED OF THE CRACKED WALL is due to lack/ absense of steel bars. I noriced that Vietnamese is not particular of using steel bars when doing/making concrete walls, fence, pellars. and other structural works.

This is very true. I follow a lot of farmers in Vietnam and there's only a few times that I have noticed them using any steel reinforcement. Very risky way of building. I think the cost of steel is very high in Vietnam but concrete is cheap, this is probably the reason why the Vietnam people build like this.

There are other ways that you can build without using rebar to give good strength to walls , making walls thicker with side supports every every so many feet can work but rebar is cheaper in costs . Here in the United States labor is very expensive and the cost of materials, I've been in the building industry for over 40 years I went to college and I am an engineer and I enjoy watching these videos , I have lived around the world , I have seen many different ways over 40 years. This couple seems to be very nice people doing hard work, are building their lifetime home. I hope that they succeed well for the future. I sure wish that they would read their form here maybe it would help them. ❤ The only thing I can say is good luck to them and I'll continue to enjoy watching them work.

That retaining wall is just gonna land slide again and knock down that wall when a torrential downpour comes. You’re wasting time, money and hard work for some wall that will not last. Sorry. But you are a great couple, teamwork is excellent. I admire you both so much. 😊😊😊

Here is what you nw d to do to stop the wall from coming down from the dirt, is put pilers in the wall every six feet apart from each other since you have nothing on the inside to stop the wall and dirt from pushing it down you have to install.pilers I'm a mason and we don't pulled walls without putting pilers to n then ok

I wonder if the guy that was using the backhoe or whatever the machine is called... Accidentally hit the wall when he was putting dirt all around it? Or like others have said the lack of support as it was built? Either way.. I hope there's a solution for it!!! Everything is looking so great!!

No good foundation for the walls to stand on ( lose dirt ) , single stone walls , no rebar . So the dirt is going to settle when its going to rain and also the weight is going to increase alot . Seen it sevaral times on this kind of channels . To bad for al that work , but hee , enough klicks so the money from YT comes in .

Que mal que la pared del estanque se haya agrietado, un proyecto de tan gran envergadura requiere de muros construidos con hierro y concreto proyectado para evitar que no se vean afectados por las inclemencias del clima y mucho más en la zona donde esté está construido ya que justamente por ahí baja toda el agua de la montaña cuando llueve, se que algo como esto es muy costoso, pero será lo único verdaderamente resistente.
