You install the downloaded Zip file (from Divi) as a Theme via Wordpress. Hope you managed to get sorted (I tried to install it as a plugin!)

Even after the new foundation they will be miles behind other builders... We may have to wait until Divi 6 to get all the new features that other builders have.

My patience ran out and I went to Bricks and I'm happy. Even though I invested time and money into Divi's perpetual license, I won't go back to it.
