I think that could work, you can also build the roof with the same blocks you used for the cherry wood castle... I think it was Crimson Wood

Sorry, but I don´t understand your question? Do you mean the Water surrounding the waterwheel? Like placing a stair in the water and the water appear in the stairs... this is possible in the newer minecraft versions where fences, slabs and stairs can be "water locked" ? Sorry I don´t know what your question is 😅

@@kenanilca508 its the default texturepack but you can change some settings in the shaderpack to get more depth in the textures. But you're right I think there are also some packs out there which do the same thing
