I’m a Necron player who uses an Overlord and a Triarch Stalker so I can hit on 2’s and reroll ones with my blob of 20 warriors with reapers making 40 attacks with a 93% chance to hit. It’s fantastic

Great videos! And yes, that plus one to wound is great! It’s what makes Salamander flamer units so dangerous in the tactical doctrine! Particularly when it’s six aggressors or ten sternguard vets.

Loving the series, I'm sure your point is in there but a 6 weapons that hit on a six have the same chance to hit on a straight roll as one weapons that hits on a 2

These videos are great! I run a chaos cultist army (no transport yet), and my alpha strike only consists of Hunter-killer missiles and auto cannons from sentinels. It is a prime example of a bad army. Poor alpha strike, no transports to increase durability, low probability of hitting due to cultists, and there is no focus on range (evenly spread between mid and close combat)!

@@NightsattheGameTable I’m thinking of adding some centaur, Trojan or atlas to fit with my rag-tag lore side of it (it’s a fluff army, but I’m still wanting to win a game). As I for my alpha strike, earth shakers aren’t the most practical, so perhaps also have a few more heavy weapons teams to switch them out. It is a legends army, so HQ’s are ridiculously weak, and can’t buff unless taking a psyker, so probability will still stay low, but as you mentioned with the reaper chain cannons - I may just increase the horde. This would make it a more long range army, so therefore I would probably use this to make it an advancing gun line list. Thanks for responding, I love the engagement with the audience and focus on useful videos!

Where can I find the section on not stacking -1 to hits? I didn’t know that was a thing and my friend and I always stack the -1’s.

So I'm not if it was this video, but I looked at the drop pod for ultramarines and, it says it doesn't transport any troops with "primaris" and, it looks like it's only the tactical squad...

What’s the probability of 20 ork sluggas killing 2 deathwing terminators

They are totally wrong on the stats, I constantly have vehicles getting killed by eradicators with just one round of shooting, full health. This isn't math hammer becuase it never works that way.
