So someone on Reddit asked if it was only possible to build these walls in a shelter (like my Utility Room Speakeasy shelter) or if they would work in a C.A.M.P. so I decided to dive in to build mode and find out! Spoiler: YOU CAN, and it's awesome.

Thank you for posting this video. I was able to create the blueprints and it's working great. I love that blueprint feature BTW. Building these walls is a major hassle. I wouldn't want to go through that over and over again.

I'll take a look at it later and see if I can figure anything out. I know when I did these in a shelter, the corners would only snap together when I switched everything to glass walls - maybe give that a try if you have them? Change the ones you've already put down, and then make a copy of the blueprint with all glass and that might work.

@@kikibplays Last night I was using the Metal wall set. Next time I'm on I'll experiment with the Glass set. That might be the issue

@@kikibplays I tried putting half walls in between the peaks and it just didnt have the same impact: went from art deco to arcade midway real quick. You got it right with simply chevrons

Left wall works perfectly but Right has been troublesome with clipping wallpapers.

Make sure you're using the right type of walls. I can't remember off the top of my head, but I just checked some that I had built before and think bottom and middle pieces *have* to be metal, and the top can be anything.

Any solutions to place roofs?

Put down a regular wall anywhere on your floor, snap your roof to it so it's touching the other walls, then remove the random support wall. The game should see it as supported then. If not, use the normal method to float a roof.

Did the last update patch out the ability to place the corner? I don’t seem to be able to get it to place.

Unfortunately the last update removed the ability to place any blueprints with foundations, so blueprints of this are currently useless.

That was fixed a little while ago, but moving camps has always been a mess. If your blueprinted structure has too big a footprint you'll have a lot of trouble placing it anywhere new.
