Hello Ivan! First of all, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge about Kartra. I do not have experience of it but because of your teachings and guidance thru uploaded videos, I was able to create my first website from the scratch! I must say that I understood every details you have said but there's one thing, I want to know since the Welcome Email I created went to the "Spam" folder instead of the primary inbox? Any ideas? I followed your instructions by the way :)

Thank you cherri, congrats and happy to hear that! Yes, did you: 1. Authenticate your email via the DKIM + DMARC + SPF records? (needs to be done) 2. Are you using a free email or a paid professional email like Gsuite? (free email like gmail is worse) 3. Is this a brand new email or existing one? (new one needs time to warmup)

Thank you Ivan. I am working on a provided funnel that contains an email sequence. I want to edit the content of the email, but cannot figure out how to save the changes. It keeps asking me to save the template -- Any suggestions?

Hey ChooseWellness! Hmm, is there a way you can send a screenshot to show what you are seeing? I do not recall seeing such an option where it doesn't save. You can either send it here or via my email at [e-mail] and I'll be happy to take a look. Also, Kartra support is good, so if you want to go that route, feel free to message them as well.

Hey Ivan. Thanks for the great guide. Please can you make a video about how to SEND TEST EMAILS? You know... when we go to our ESP (like GetResponse, ActiveCampaign...etc)... we can choose a Broadcast email or open one of the Automation emails... and send it like a test to just one email address. (not the whole list). But in Kartra it's kind of confusing... not so easy to find how to do it correctly. Thanks.

Hi Ivan! Great video...I have one client requirement I don't find any information on kartra website. Is there a feature which let's my client know whther email is opened or not like return receipt.
