Lovely piece of work guys. You appear to have a strong team which is important. I saw a reply that you made to someone else that you do not discuss individual project costs but this is not a cheap re-model to be sure. it would be great to see how you approach each project in terms of costing it would in itself make a great video. Most of us who have been doing this for a while know how the little unknowns can cause stress both financially and mentally to all projects how do you manage this.

Quality work, when you are working out your finished floor height how many mm do you alllow for the ci matts and adhesive? (distance between top of slab and underside of tile). I'm guessing at 7mm.

Hi Steve, I believe in this instance we did allow 7mm, but different mattings can vary in depth, so it's always best to check the manufacturer's specifications first. Hope this helps. All the best, John 😊

Construction’sLife The whole project about 6 months ago, We are based in the UK I’am sorry but Costs are something that we don’t discuss it’s between us and are clients. My advice thou would be to get two quotes and always view the last two projects if possible.👍

Build With A&E thanks. I’m having major house renovations which includes a 6m exertion, the builder advised me to go with electric in a 6m kitchen. Which is the extended part. A friend of mine who is a plumber said use water, which is what I’m using now for the whole ground floor. Any suggestions on what floor I should use. I’m not a fan of wooden flooring because it scratches. I’m looking into luxury vinyl flooring. Any suggestions?
