Did you know that slabs are actually harder to explode than regular blocks? You can use double-slabs to make block which are more resistant to explosions! At least for the floor, use slabs

The secret entrance is great but you need to be able to close it for the inside so that people don't creep up on you while you are inside

instead of stairs u can use ladders as ur entrance to your hideout. That way ur cats wont escape. also if u want to hide in there for the rest of your lives, u might want some lifestock and some crops as well. Also u might not want to forget the furnace and the crafting table. U might also want to add a lever inside of yor hideout so that no one will spot the hideout when u go inside it.
