Is it fair to ask how much the Concrete for that size property costs? Just trying to get some sense of what the expense is of doing something similarly sized.

@chrisdixon3951 in this area the concrete is about $120 per yard, $4.50 per mile then some and some other fees. The footers took about 5 yards and was $1200, the ICF stem walls were 7 yards and was $1600
