@@RiseWithRaman Yes really enhanced my knowledge - The list you send are the employees of that company they didnt invented anything - They are just working there on payroll. Sundar Pichai who is 49 years old - is CEO of Google (An employee) - Google was invented by Larry Page who is 48 years old - if Larry wanted to be CEO; he could have for next 25 years but he hired an Indian; who will come in on time to work; put extra hours; is loyal like dog and can be made to work his ass off for the pay and prestige. Larry can fire Sundar any day and anytime. Same is with Nadella with Microsoft - he is not Gates; he is employee.

To make money real estate now a days. You should move to Calgary. Calgary is the world’s cleanest and most livable city. It has fastest growing tech, finance and film industry. It is also sunniest ☀️ city in Canada. I am already seeing some of my friends and family members who work from home moving to Calgary. We will see more of this trend in coming years.

Very informative video. Experienced builders are struggling these days to build a house for $250/sq ft. I think $250 is standard prices these days for mid grade custom home. Above average is minimum $350+

You are right. $200-$250 is for builders cost who does in mass (50+ houses)- average quality. For custom house, you should consider at least $350. Permit fee & development fee only cost over $50k/60k these days.

I really like Mr Raman. He is a good person and a good professional in real estate business. But today, he has given so many information that he probably doesn’t have much knowledge about. As a practicing architect, i have done many custom houses around GTA and I can tell many of the information provided by him are wrong - the processes, building cost etc are totally misinformation. Still love watching his interview and hit the like button. Please take this as a constructive comment.

@@RiseWithRaman as far as the cost of construction, you should consider at least $350 per sf for custom house. Even bigger builders who are doing mass housing are struggling to finish the construction within $200, which is of course average quality homes. When you build one house, of course the cost per sq is way higher. Also, cities are charging hefty development charge these days, consider $60-80k for development charges. Permit and site plan approval fees are separate. Architect/ Engineers fee is separate ($25-50k, depending upon who you hire) As far as city’s process, you will have to go thru site plan approval before filing building permit application, which generally takes 8-12 months in majority of GTA cities, then building permit, which is another 2-4 months. Not necessarily every lot, you are allowed to construct one house. So due diligence is very important before buying lots.

To work in Real Estate in Canada, you need to get license which normally takes 6-8 months. When you land here and get your license , you can work with Save Max as a Realtor
